The Atrium Resort is located just 7 km north of Surfers Paradise on the central Gold Coast. Overseas visitors to the Gold Coast will most likely arrive at the Brisbane international airport terminal whereas visitors arriving on domestic flights will disembark at either Brisbane or the Gold Coast airport at Coolangatta.

It's an easy drive from the Brisbane airport terminals along the Pacific Motorway with a travel time of approximately 1 hour 15 mins. Travel time by road from the Coolangatta airport to Atrium Resort is approx 20-25 mins.

The flight time to the Gold Coast from Sydney is 1 hour and it's approx 2 hours from Melbourne. The domestic airline carriers are Qantas, Virgin Blue and Jetstar.

Several options are available for transfers** between the Brisbane and Gold Coast airports:

1) An Airtrain service links the Brisbane airport terminals with the Gold Coast. Travel time is approximately 1h 15m. and there is an option for a limo service with train-to-door transfers. Taxi cabs can also be used for transfers from the Airtrain stations.

2) Taxi cabs are available from Coolangatta airport with maxi cabs available for larger groups. (To be pre-booked) Phone 131 008 for taxi bookings or visit the taxi company website for more information.

3) Several limousine operators and motor coach companies provide airport transfers to and from both Coolangatta and Brisbane airports.

4) Guests intending to use a rental car for their Gold Coast holiday can arrange a pick-up and return at the airport, thereby saving the cost of transfers. Atrium Resort can assist with all vehicle rental bookings.
