Who pays the Credit Card transaction fee?

At the moment the owner of the unit does, however from the 1/07/2017 if a guest uses a credit card they will pay the current fee charged by the bank. Debit cards and Direct Deposit will be free of any charge.

What is the maximum number of guests you can have per apartment?

Our two bedroom apartments sleep a maximum of 5 guests including any child or infant. This is for the safety of our guests. There is an charge of $35 per night for an extra person which includes a rollaway bed.

Do all units face the ocean?

No. If you have a priority for a water facing unit, you will need to specify this in your booking and usually they are a little more expensive, however for best satisfaction and certainty, phone Reception on 07 5537 9466

Are all your units the same standard?

All units are individually owned and are rated and priced accordingly. Most have been refurbished and are rated higher.

Can I arrive prior to 2pm in the weekend?

Our reception closes at 4pm on Saturday and 2pm on Sunday, so it is actually easier for all if you do arrive just before we close. Please remember, however that we do need to complete all housekeeping prior to check-in, so your room is not guaranteed prior to 2pm. If you have any concerns prior to arrival please give us a call.

I am arriving after Reception Hours, how do I get into my room?

We have an efficient and reliable After-hours service. Simply follow the prompts at the front doors upon arrival. There is a telephone box on the wall above the intercom which you simply need to pick up. This dials through to our after-hours service you will provide access to the building as well as the code for the safe located inside the lobby where you will find an envelope with your surname. Your Room Keys are inside. Please call into Reception the next morning to check in officially.

I am leaving before Reception opens. What do I do with my keys?

Please ensure your account is balanced and you have nothing outstanding at the reception the previous day. If you have a car parked in the secure Car Park, ensure you get your car out first, then simply drop the keys into the letter box on the wall to the left of the front doors.

Is internet available from the rooms?

Yes, wifi is available in every room after getting the password from Reception.

The first hour each day is free (must be used continuously) and then different rates are offered by the supplying company and you just pay by credit card for what you want.

Do I get daily housekeeping service?

No. As we are self contained apartments, guests staying for longer than 7 days receive a mid stay service. Only one set of linen, towels, toilet paper etc are provided to set you up. Extra toilet paper etc is available at Reception. If you would like housekeeping service, it is available at an extra cost.

Can I swim in the Broadwater?

Yes. The Broadwater with it’s inviting calm, still waters is a perfect place for your kids to splash around in. There are many people who enjoy their daily swim out in the waters.

I have a special request….

We understand that sometimes you require something extra for that special occasion or just as a general comfort. Please note that everything is request only basis and NOT guaranteed. We will try our best to accommodate you.

Do you have cot for hire?

Yes. Cots are available for hire upon request for $5 per night. High chairs are also available for hire at the same cost.

Is there an option for the bedding configuration?

No, all the apartments have the same bedding configurations. 1 queen and 2 singles for an 2 bedroom apartment and 1 queen for a 1 bedroom

I need to cancel…

You can cancel using the ‘Cancellations’ tab at the top of the page. Please note that any cancellations of more than 14 days will incur a admin fee of $50. Any cancellations of less than 14 days will depend on our ability to re-let your booking.

Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, strictly no pets are permitted on the premises due to health regulations

I want to use a credit card other than VISA and Mastercard..

We do not accept Diners. We do accept American Express however it will incur a small surcharge

No party policy..

As we are a family resort with young children, we do not accept parties. Please be mindful of other guests when it comes to excessive noise

Difference in rates…

We advertise the best possible rates on our websites. Rates fluctuate daily depending on the availability and vacancy as all places do. If you find that current rates are cheaper than you initally booked, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund for the difference, and we do not ask you to pay the difference if prices go up. It’s always better to book in advance as any requests can be accommodated.

Can I have a late check-out?

We do not offer the option for late check-out due to our housekeeping services needing to be completed for any arriving guests. We can accommodate on some occasions but no later than 11am. Check out is 10am. A fee will apply for a check out after 11am

Are there shuttle buses which run from the Airport?

Yes. Both the Gold Coast International and Brisbane International Airports have shuttle buses which run directly to your door and leave from out the front of the departure gates. Book at the information desk at the Airport. They leave every 30mins approx.
